The opportunity was real, but success depended entirely on understanding what buyers in this market actually wanted, not what the builder assumed they wanted. Aligning those two things was the whole job.
We ran structured interviews to align the client's expectations with their buyers' needs, managed the project across a team in three cities, built and hosted all project management and document tools in a secure cloud, developed the brand and messaging, created the online presence and printed materials, and organized the launch events and sales process.
On launch night, more than 30% of the condos were sold or reserved. PEI's first mid-rise condo development didn't just launch. It launched well.
